SHIPPING POLICY

Everything is ready to ship unless otherwise stated "made to order." Each item has a different lead time before shipping. These lead times are listed on each individual item in their descriptions. The ready to ship items are great for you and me! This means you will get your item sooner because all I have to do is package it up for shipment. Plus it's easier for me to get your items out due to the farm, the lifestyle that comes with that, and my full-time job.

Transit Time: Depending on where you live, items usually take 3-5 business days to arrive. Each item shipped includes tracking. If you have any questions or your package is delayed, don't hesitate to reach out!

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges, although please let me know if there is a problem or mistake with your order within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at: creativebristlesship@gmail.com

We also DO NOT cancel orders once they are placed, so be sure you want what you are ordering.

We are not responsible for any damage or lost items due to USPS, please contact USPS to file a claim. We not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS.
